1. What you need
Computer or smartphone (home computer, mom/dad cell phone, school computer works too!)
Internet connection (home WiFi, school Internet, cell phone data available)

2. Starting the Google site

4. Create your own homepage
4.1. Site title and menu settings
Click “Site Title” in the top left corner and enter a nice name for your site. (Example: “My Diary”, “OOO’s School Life”)
Click the “Menu” button.
Click “Add new page” to create a new page. (e.g. “Introduction”, “Hobby”, “Friend”)
Click the page name and change it to whatever you want.
You can adjust the page order to your desired position by dragging it.
4.2. Insert text, images, and videos
Fill the site with text, images, and videos, as if you were creating a picture book.
Click the “Text” button and type your text wherever you want. (Font, size, color can be changed)
Click the “Image” button and upload a nice photo. (You can select photos from your computer or mobile phone album)
Click the “Video” button and paste the YouTube video link. (You can insert your favorite YouTube video)
Click the “More Features” button to add various features such as tables, embedded documents, and links.

Change your site’s colors, fonts, and layout to your liking.
Click the “Theme” button and choose a theme you like. (Various themes provided for free)
Click the “Font” button and set the font type, size, and color. (Change to suit the site atmosphere)
Click the “Layout” button and select the desired layout. (You can select 1st, 2nd, 3rd row, etc.)
4.4. Take advantage of additional features such as surveys and calendars
You can enrich your site by adding various features such as surveys, calendars, maps, and more.
Click the “Insert” button.
Select the desired function, such as “Survey,” “Calendar,” or “Maps.”
Each function requires simple setup. (survey questions, calendar schedule, map location settings, etc.)
5. Share and post the completed homepage
5.1. Share Settings
Set who can view your site.
Click the “Share” button.
Selecting “Anyone with the link” will allow anyone to view your site through the link.
Selecting “Specific Users” will allow only specific people to view your site. (Input email address)
If you select “Set Password,” you will be required to enter a password to view the site.
5.2. posting
The completed site is open to everyone.
Click the “Publish” button.
A site address is created. (Can be copied and shared with friends)
You can preview your site by clicking the “Preview” button.
