Coupang is one of Korea’s major e-commerce platforms, offering a variety of products and services. After logging in to the Coupang website or app, select ‘My Account’ from the top menu.
Membership Management
In the Account Management menu, find and click the ‘Coupang Wow Membership’ section. In this section, you can find information such as your current membership status, payment date, and payment method you are using.
Change payment method
On the membership information page, click the ‘Change payment method’ or ‘Edit payment information’ button. You can enter new credit or check card information, or select another card that is already registered.
Enter and confirm information
Enter the information for your new payment method (card number, expiration date, CVC, etc.) accurately. After entering all information, double-check that the information is correct.
Save and Apply
Once all information has been entered correctly, click the ‘Save’ or ‘Apply Changes’ button to register a new payment method. From now on, membership fees will be charged to your new payment method.
Confirmation email or notification
Once the payment method change is complete, Coupang will confirm the change via email or in-app notification. You can check back for changes via email or notification.

Note on payment date: If you change your payment method close to your payment date, the change may not apply to that month’s payments. We recommend completing changes as few days before your payment date as possible.
