Recently, I have been writing a lot of business plans and development plans.
I wrote with images in Korean and Word, which are representative document tools, but there was a capacity problem when sending emails and files.
They were essential because they were photos to report on the progress.
After a lot of thought, I came to the realization that there was no need to put high-resolution images, as they would simply be visible on documents and printed A4 paper.
So, let’s share information about reducing the file size by reducing the size of the photo.
Various tools are available, but I chose Paint, the default program built into my computer, because I wanted to keep it simple without additional downloads.
First of all, the capacity before the change is 7.52 MB, and the resolution is 4508 x 3456.
Right-click on the file you want to reduce the size of the photo. Select <Edit Photo> from Help, About.
Then you can see that the computer paint program is running with the photo file selected automatically.
It looks like it has been enlarged due to the high resolution.
If you want to check that the picture is the intended picture, place the cursor on the picture, hold down Ctrl and rotate the mouse wheel down.
You can see that the image on the screen has become smaller, but the resolution remains the same.
