Before deleting any stored data or destroying your account, we recommend that you make a backup of what you need.

Go to the [Data and Privacy] menu on the moved page, and scroll all the way down the page to find the [Data Download] item.
On the [Google Takeout] page, you can download data stored in the apps and services you are using. Check only the [Mail] item and then click [Next Step] at the bottom.
In step 2, select the transfer method, that is, which method to receive the file, check [Export only once] for the execution frequency, specify the maximum size of the file to be compressed, and click [Create export].

Delete All Gmail

And if you activate the checkbox to select all mails displayed in the archive, the [Select all ooo conversations in the archive] item appears at the top of the list. Click this button again to select all E-Mails.
If all items are selected, you can now delete all Gmail by clicking the [Trash] button on the top toolbar.
