What is Photoscape?
PhotoScape is a graphic editing program developed by MOOII Tech of Korea. The basic concept of Photoscape is to allow users to edit photos taken with a digital camera or mobile phone ‘easy and fun’. PhotoScape can perform general image editing functions such as color adjustment, cropping, correction, printing, and GIF animation through a simple user interface.[1][2] PhotoScape can run on Microsoft Windows and Mac systems, but not on Linux systems. The default languages are English and Korean, but other languages are available by downloading the language pack.

The above two versions are written to work on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, 2000, and NT.

Other than that, Windows 10 and Apple’s Mac say to use Photoscape X.
Windows 10 includes both.
