If you have accessed from a personal PC, you can set it so that you can connect immediately without going through this process from the next login by clicking Maintain.

Specify the path where the file is located and click Open.
Then, you will see the data you just opened as a file item on the left.
Click once and it will appear in the task pane.

You can adjust the size with the dotted line outside.
One thing to be aware of is that if you change the size using a dot while holding down Alt, the entire size will increase or decrease uniformly, not just one side.
If you want to apply the imported photo to the entire background, right-click and click Make as Background.
If you want to download after completing all these steps, click the green button on the top right and a tab will appear at the bottom.
Specify the file type as the desired extension and click the fast or high-resolution download at the bottom to download it to my computer.
